Problems with the "gas fees"

I have a small amount on “Blast Index” and would simply like to use it somewhere else here. Unfortunately, there are always problems with the “gas fees” and you can’t switch.
What is heer wrong?

This platform does not offer any help

What “Blast Index” you’re talking about? Can you explain more in detail?

Go to the app open up exchange. Make sure you connect the wallet that has the blast on it.
swap it for eth on blast network.

I did everything…then the “Insufficient gas fee” message appears…even when I increase it the wallet tells me “Gas fee is too high” but nothing happens.
I use Fox Wallet

If your Fox Wallet crypto gas fee appears too high, it’s likely due to high network demand on the blockchain you’re using, especially if it’s Ethereum, where gas fees fluctuate based on how many people are trying to transact at the same time; essentially, the more users, the higher the cost to prioritize your transaction.

Here are a few reasons why your Fox Wallet gas fee might be high:

  • Network congestion:

During peak usage times, like a new project launch or a market surge, gas prices can spike significantly.

How to potentially lower your Fox Wallet gas fee:

  • Adjust gas settings:

    • Lower gas price: Choose a slightly lower gas price to potentially wait longer for your transaction to confirm.

Conclusion i believe the network is congested at the time you tried. Check your gas fee try lowering it down and try again. Make sure you have enough eth to cover the transaction.

thanks for the reply,
I’ve been trying this for 3 weeks now.
If I could, I would add a screenshot here… but I don’t think it’s possible.
Basically, the gas fees are correct from the beginning, which can be seen, but unfortunately Fox Wallet tells me “insufficient funds”… then when I want to increase the fees, Fox Wallet tells me “gas limit too high”

Another question… can you change the system directly in Explore?
e.g.: from “Blast Index” to “Init Capital USDB Lending”

Under explore
If your using btc , tether, blast , blast weth…etc. Try to find the crypto of choice reference os the symbols listed to the right side under each vault than lock in for apy. Meaning deposit into the vault. It gives you a estimate % if locked in for the time frame. If you currently do not have the crypto you are looking for to lock in go to the exchange and swap it. Once its swapped you can lock it into the vault. Hopefully this helps you.

In any case, gas fees don’t work… would be interesting who else uses “Fox Wallet”?

I also read the “CYBRO Community Chat” and there are a lot of problems with the gas fees here too.
If you want to make Cybro grow, mistakes like this shouldn’t happen.
It would be best to make short video clips that record the process step by step.

Hi @Midy!

Could you DM your wallet address so we can better address your issue?

Do you have ETH on Blast? The gas prices are low on Blast, so it shouldn’t require any large amount of gas, but you should have some to deposit or withdraw from any Vault.

At CYBRO, we are actively working on offering users a solution to cover gas fees, making transactions completely free for them.

I have a little ETH (0.0035) on “Fox Wallet” and I’m connected to it on Cybron.
I would have tried to exchange this ETH for “ETH Blast”, but that doesn’t work here either.
If I need more than 0.0035 ETH for gas fees, that’s not exactly cheap.

Hi @Midy!

Sorry, we’ve missed your message.

0.0035 ETH should be more than enough. Strange. Did you try to do the same on relay.link for example?

Best regards,
CYBRO Team

What do you mean by relay.link?
Gas fees would be charged to me at:
quickly 0.007662ETH
mid 0.004880ETH
slowly 0.003049ETH
…that’s just too much…
as said about “FOX Wallet”

@Midy too big fees. Could you please write here the address of the page you’re trying to interact with?

on the Cybro website the fees would only be 0.0002WETH…

With the connection to “Fox Wallet” there are problems with confirmation.
