CYBRO Q1-Q2 Roadmap

We started the year with a strategic session to map out the features we’ll bring to life in 2025. Our plan integrates key roadmap milestones like the AI Broker and Smart Notifications, along with visionary updates to ensure long-term project stability. We’re also leaving space for fresh ideas from the community, DAO initiatives, and emerging hypotheses.

Additionally, we’re excited to share our vision for development priorities, marketing strategies, and scaling plans. Stay tuned — big things are on the horizon!

Main priorities

To make CYBRO popular and user-friendly, we’ve identified three key priorities based on customer feedback:

  • Simplicity: Instead of offering 1,000 Vaults, we aim to provide users with 10 high-quality options. We’ve already updated the CYBRO App to prioritize one-click strategies for a more intuitive experience. Once the AI Broker is released, it will guide users seamlessly, eliminating the need to navigate every page in the app.
  • Security: We are committed to keeping all contracts audited, updated, and secure. Platform security and contract deployment processes are continuously being improved, and we are focusing solely on trusted investment options. As part of this commitment, we’ve initiated a reevaluation of all existing vaults.
  • High Returns: Our focus is on delivering high-APY options bundled into user-friendly One-Click strategies, enabling users to earn interest efficiently without spending excessive time choosing between vaults.

We recognize that the key to making the CYBRO Earn Marketplace more popular and profitable lies in attracting more visitors to the website and app while improving conversion rates. To achieve this, the team is prioritizing customer communication, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing marketing efforts. CYBRO has already launched several campaigns in January to engage new users and expand its reach.

Q1-Q2 Product Roadmap

Q1

In this quarter, we will focus on several key areas:

  • Completing the initial vision of the product by adding the AI Broker and Smart Notifications.
  • Enhancing token utility by tying platform usage to the CYBRO Token, including benefits like lower fees and premium features.
  • Polishing the app to reduce friction in critical user scenarios such as onboarding, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Adding more One-Clicks

Q2

In Q2 we will focus on scaling CYBRO and testing new market hypotheses. We will also leave room for features inspired by community suggestions or emerging from new partnerships.

Q1-Q2 CYBRO Token Plan

The CYBRO team is focused on enhancing the utility and demand for the CYBRO Token:

  • Expanded Token Utility: In Q1, platform fees will be tied to the amount of staked CYBRO Tokens, boosting token utility and demand as the product gains popularity.
  • Futures Trading: We’re in discussions with Gate.io and MEXC for futures trading, currently awaiting their evaluation.
  • Exchange Expansion: Efforts to list CYBRO on more exchanges continue, requiring patience and persistence as negotiations progress.

Conclusion

By the end of Q1, CYBRO will complete its core features from the original vision, focusing on improving product quality and strategies. Heading into Q2, we’ll test key market hypotheses to drive growth.
